Mental health is about the emotional and psychological needs of the human body. It includes how an individual thinks and feels about themselves. It includes how a person acts to cope with life. It also helps in seeing how a person takes care of stress and relates to others. It is also about making the choices that help in keeping one safe and maintaining their peace. Mental health is regarded as essential at all stages of life. It helps them from childhood and adult age as well. If one maintains their mental health, they have a high chance of maintaining productivity and good results. Especially in the times of coronavirus, there has been less productivity in students, because of the same reason.

Students have faced a lot of mental health problems in the past years. They have not been able to affect the classes and therefore they took the help of a classroom app. They were able to feel motivated and productive as teachers provided motivational quotes for students. This helps them be consistent in their studies as well. This has helped many students and has made their life better. If they do not take care of their mental health, they are very likely to suffer from mental health disorders, starting at a young age.

Mental disorders are those conditions that affect a person's thinking and mood. They also affect a person's behavior. They may have occasional as well as long-term effects. They can affect a person's ability to relate to others and function every single day. Mental health disorders are common among people. It is seen that most of the students have been diagnosed with one mental disorder at some time in their life. But as we all know there are many available treatments. People with mental disorders eventually become better. Most of them can recover as well. Here are some of the ways a person can take care of their mental health.

Open up

When a person talks about their feelings it can help them stay in good mental health. This helps them deal with times when they feel troubled. It must be noted that talking about one's feelings isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s part of taking charge of one's wellbeing and doing what one can to stay healthy.

Talking can be a way a person can cope up with a problem they have been carrying around in their head for a while. Just being adhered to can help a person feel supported and less alone. And it is usually seen that it doesn't work one way but actually, it works both ways. If a person opens up, it might encourage others to do the same thing as well.

It’s not always easy to describe how a person is feeling. If they can’t think of one sentence, they must use lots. What does it feel like inside their head is what they must talk about? What does it make them feel like doing is what they should open up about 

A person doesn't need to sit with their loved ones for a big conversation about their wellbeing. Many people feel better when these conversations develop organically, maybe when they are doing something together. If it feels awkward in the beginning one must try to give it some time. Make talking about the person's feelings something that they do.

Exercise

It is said that exercise releases chemicals in a person's brain that make a person feel good. Regular exercise can boost a person's self-esteem and help them concentrate. It is also seen that they sleep and feel better. Exercise also helps a person's mind be active and keeps a person's vital organs healthy. Exercising just not only means playing a sport or going to the gym. A person can take walks in the park or do gardening. Doing the housework can also keep them active. It is said that most people should do about good exercise at least four days a week. A person must try to make their physical activity that they enjoy a part of their days. Taking care of one's mental health should be seen as a priority and given importance.
